About us

Microsoft’s Datacenter Planning and Execution team is focused on building and automating systems and processes around Infrastructure development for Microsoft Datacenters. Providing physical network infrastructure is key to enabling data centers to service Microsoft customers worldwide.  

Currently, for network infrastructure setup, Microsoft systems and its external Network Suppliers systems interact through a mixed mode of communication which sometimes involve heavy manual interactions as well. Microsoft through this initiative is looking forward to standardizing the interfaces between Microsoft Internal systems and External Network Supplier systems.
